Quality management system
Globally, the ISO 9001 QMS is one of the most widely used standards in the ISO series and can be applied to all types of companies regardless of their size and line of business.
The system is based on process management and the PDCA (plan-do-check-act) model. Implementing this system means continuously improving, documenting, maintaining and expanding the company’s processes and understanding the customer principle, which places great emphasis on customer satisfaction. By introducing this system the company has an enhanced corporate image, increases its visibility among the competition, is more likely to win government contracts and larger contracts from private companies, has better access to credit and, last but not least, the company will find it easier and faster to adapt to changing customer requirements.
Benefits associated with setting up a quality management system:
- the documentation structure becomes clear and simple
- reduced company costs for administration and production
- a division of powers and responsibilities
- a system that is maintained and improved to help manage the organization’s development
- reduction and management of non-conforming products
- greater company productivity and prosperity
The process of setting up ISO and our consultants’ activities:

- internal audits to verify the QMS has been put into practice
- correcting documentation based on findings from internal audits or measures put in place to comply with the procedures set out in the documentation
- removing deviations and processing an audit to the extent of the entire QMS
